Od 2019. aktivno sarađuje sa humanitarnom organizacijom koja pomaže decu u Srbiji Raymond Nicolet Trust, Cambridge, United Kingdom. Sa osnivačem fondacije dr Christine Hilcenko je organizovao više humanitarnih akcija.
Gospođa Hilcenko je jednom prilikom napisala: "I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Predrag Starcevic during my first visit to the Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj Elementary School in Pancevo. His kindness and warm welcome left a lasting impression on me. Mr. Starcevic played a crucial role as the key liaison between the Raymond Nicolet Trust and the school. He actively organized significant events to promote the charity and its mission. I distinctly recall a day when he single-handedly orchestrated our art competition ceremony, complete with dances, singing, and plays.
